Meet Our Executive Director
Justin Chatman
Justin founded this company in 2021, with the filming of his first production, “Roommates”. Since then, with assistance from his team, he has cultivated a presence in entertainment in Dallas. His non-stop drive has created a successful start-up that is ready to grow.
Fun fact: Justin is a stilt-walker.

Chief Operating Officer
Jonah Gutierrez
He leads the creative vision and production of immersive events, performances, and collaborative experiences designed to bring artists and audiences together.
Fun fact: Jonah has earned medals in archery and is a martial arts-trained fighter.
Just call him John Wick.
Marketing & Partnerships Manager
Jessica Hoechstetter
She organizes the marketing components for the company, such as the website and other graphics for external use. She also creates and sustains partnerships with venues ITP collaborates with.
Fun fact: Jessica can balance stuff on her head. She started practicing this party trick in elementary school.
Sean Malloy
Sean organizes events with producers and venue hosts. He also provides research and analytics for all productions and events to ensure a successful night for everyone.

Fun fact: Sean has a three-octave vocal range.
Charles Seals
Audio Engineer
Charles is responsible for organizing audio style and ensuring excellent production during our events.
Fun fact: Charles loves Anime.
